Senior Vice President/Investments

I design tailored wealth management strategies to help you grow and protect your assets. As your financial advisor, I provide clear guidance aligned with your goals, helping you navigate evolving market conditions with confidence.

Reed began his career in the investment industry with UBS Financial Services in 2001 and joined Stifel in 2009. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he spent more than 15 years in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial lending and private banking. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, drawing on both his certification and extensive experience to guide clients through the wealth planning process. Reed emphasizes understanding each client’s goals to develop tailored strategies aligned with their financial objectives and lifestyle.

As a portfolio manager in Stifel’s Solutions Program, Reed monitors market trends and develops adaptive investment strategies, enabling efficient implementation for clients who elect discretionary portfolio management.

Reed holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing Management from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans. He maintains Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, along with life, health, and variable insurance licenses, including annuities.

An active supporter of his alma mater, Reed serves on the board of the University of Southern Mississippi Foundation. He is a past president of the foundation and former chair of its Investment Committee. He also serves on the stewardship committee at CrossPoint Church. In his spare time, Reed and his wife, Karen, enjoy traveling and spending time with their five adult children, six grandchildren, and their dog, Sophie. He is also an avid golfer.

The Solutions program requires a minimum investment, which varies by strategy. Ask your Financial Advisor for a Disclosure Brochure, which further outlines the fees, services, exclusions, and disclosures associated with this program. Since all investment decisions in a Solutions account are made by the Financial Advisor without having to receive prior client approval, it is important that Solutions clients have detailed knowledge of the Financial Advisor’s individual investment philosophy and decision-making process before entrusting him or her with their portfolio. You should consider all terms and conditions before deciding whether the Solutions Program and any particular strategy are appropriate for your needs.
